Lake View Apartment Homes is a 140-unit gated senior living
community with a natural setting by a small, private lake. This project will be developed, constructed, and managed by Lankford Interests of Houston, Texas.
 This one-story complex will
contain 44 one-bedroom,
one-bath units and 96 two-
bedroom, two-bath units.
Amenities include a swimming
pool and community center that
houses a game/recreation room,
library, computer/learning center
and fitness room. A separate
maintenance and laundry building is also on site.
This project benefits low- to moderate-income seniors age 55 or older. It is the only one of its kind in North Tyler.
